LATAM Marketing Manager


Job Description

Blink Charging is seeking a creative marketing professional who can envision, build, and execute marketing strategies that build the brand, increase awareness, and support set revenue goals. The Latam Marketing Manager must be a curious thinker who enjoys using their marketing knowledge to create, test, and execute marketing campaigns dedicated to Latin American countries. In this role, the marketer will tailor existing corporate collateral to the Latin American markets and grow a knowledge base of opportunities with the market. This person will work very closely with the Latam Business Development Manager, distributors, resellers, and support teams to understand how to make moves in a small but emerging market. The ideal Latam Marketing Manager is an entrepreneur who is part marketing expert and business development guru and is ready to realize results with limited resources.

The Latam Marketing Manager will help grow the Blink brand through marketing strategies and guidance on brand campaigns to be offered to our international partners, with a focus on the Latin American market


• Define Latin America marketing strategy
• Manage local agency to execute all campaigns and plans in the region
• Become the liaison between the Latam Business Development Team, Latin American distributors and resellers, and the Marketing Team
• Manage lead generation and brand awareness campaigns targeting the Latin American market
• Manage all communication and engagements with distributors, resellers, hosts and drivers in the Latin American market
• Establish relationships and develop channel marketing strategies with key retail and distribution partners
• Strategize and manage regional content and communications created by the agency or internal marketing team (social media posts, collateral, PR)
• Maintain global Blink voice and brand standards throughout the region in all channels of communication
• Create processes with internal teams, distributors, and resellers to keep brand aligned and highlight regional successes
• Work closely with marketing counterparts to implement local marketing initiatives and provide ongoing marketing support
• Develop effective advertising strategies and manage execution with internal team and local agency
• Monitor regional competitive activity
• Mine regional relationships with trade organizations and advocate groups
• Manage and execute regional and local events with help from the local agency
• Execute ad-hoc support requests from regional hosts, distributors, and resellers
• Report on all marketing activities in the market


• Required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, international business
• Required fluent English and Spanish language for both spoken and written communications, Brazilian Portuguese a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus
• Experience supporting sales teams, business development, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities while adhering to tight deadlines
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Leader capable of identifying opportunities and taking on projects and overseeing to completion

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
