Latam Digital and Content Marketing Coordinator - Bilingual


Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and experienced Digital and Content Marketing Coordinator. Your role will be to create relevant content to grow the company’s social media community, increase awareness within the Latin-American market, drive conversions and stimulate traffic to our regional sites. You will work closely with the Latam Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and generate content for social media, websites and landing pages, blogs and webinars, manage the Latam dedicated social media accounts, generate and review performance reports. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to align the SEM/SEO strategy, provide insights and optimization.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have experience in growing digital communities and generating B2B leads through content generation and must have outstanding copywriting skills in Spanish and knowledge in both organic and paid social media campaigns. The Latam Digital and Content Marketing Coordinator is an entrepreneur used to working in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn and help expand the region’s knowledge on an emerging clean-tech industry.


  • Work with the Latam Marketing Manager to generate organic content for social media according to the global and regional digital strategy.
  • Generate reports and insights about social media performance, competitors, and digital trends.
  • Community management for the Latam social accounts, in charge of posting, responding and engaging with the community to grow on followers and engagement.
  • Develop, execute, measure, and optimize social advertising campaigns that stimulate traffic, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions.
  • Assist in writing compelling sales copy and work with a graphic designer to create marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, client and customer emails, etc.
  • Assist in creating and implementing email marketing and customer communication campaigns.
  • Assist in maintening the company’s websites including frequent updates to news and blog content
  • Work with the Latam Marketing Manager to identify how marketing will support the sales team and provide required collateral.
  • Assist in writing, reviewing, editing, and sharing company blog posts, presentations, social media updates and customer communications
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Identify, apply, and share industry trends and insights that help to optimize campaign performance.
  • Work with Latam Marketing Manager to create digital marketing tactics and support their integrated marketing campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, or related field
  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in Social Media Management, content creation and strong writing skills for B2B clients
  • Experience managing social media paid campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEM, SEO and PPC optimization and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing including content, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Skilled at analyzing data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to multi-task and set priorities while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Creative and team player, capable of having a global perspective
  • Required fluent English and Spanish language for both spoken and written communications.

Work Authorization

  • Remote
  • Preferably based in Colombia

​Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional travel, weekend and/or evening work.
