Welcome to the Blink host platform for EV charger site hosts. In the coming weeks, our dedicated team of Account Managers will reach out to answer any questions and demonstrate how you can take advantage of the network to manage your chargers, view charger usage, and download reports.
To get started, simply reset your password at the login page by using the email address associated with your account.

Maintenance Alert
All SemaConnect Chargers, EV drivers, and site hosts/owners are moving to Blink charging following tonight’s planned maintenance window.
This maintenance window will begin today, Friday, June 23rd at 9 PM PT and end on or before Monday, June 26th.
During this maintenance window, all SemaConnect chargers will be set to plug and charge, dispensing electricity without payment. If applicable, SemaConnect site hosts will be reimbursed for charging activity during this period according to their existing agreements.

Maintenance Alert
The network transition will necessitate a planned maintenance window starting Friday, June 23rd at 9 PM PT and ending no later than June 24th.
During this maintenance window, all SemaConnect chargers will be set to plug and charge. Site hosts with existing Blink equipment will continue to operate as normal.
What to Expect
Admin Only Network Access
Beginning Monday, June 19th at 5pm PT and in preparation for moving your EV charging stations to the Blink Network, SemaConnect site hosts will have read-only access to the SemaConnect Network. During this time, you will not be able to make changes to your account, chargers, or users. This process is scheduled to be completed on Monday, June 25th.
Maintenance Window
Your chargers will connect to the Blink Network over the planned 24-hour maintenance window, during which time our Technology, Account Management, and Quality Assurance teams will confirm connectivity and hardware configurations, if applicable, have transitioned over. The Blink teams will continue to monitor the network and your chargers throughout the weekend to ensure a seamless transition.
If your chargers are not yet installed, registered, or are not powered on, they will not receive the transition communication from the Blink Network. They will automatically update once they are installed, registered, or powered on – there is nothing for you to do.
EV Driver Free Charging
Beginning Friday, June 23rd at 9pm PT all SemaConnect hardware will be set to plug-and-charge, dispensing free electricity for EV drivers. This will provide the best possible driver experience during the maintenance window. Free charging will end Saturday, June 24th at 9pm PT as your chargers will be back online and configured to your existing pricing plans.
Driver Member Transition
SemaConnect EV driver members will also be transitioned to Blink Charging during this network transition. They have and will continue to be, notified of these changes and how to access their accounts using the Blink Charging Mobile app. Driver accounts will be transitioned using their existing account details.
Blink Charging Mobile App
Following the transition, both Blink and SemaConnect drivers will be able to start a charge and manage their charging activity via the Blink mobile app for both Blink and SemaConnect charging hardware. EV drivers can download the Blink Charging Mobile App in the Google Play and Apple App stores.
Physical Branding of Chargers
Drivers will continue to be notified that all SemaConnect equipment will operate via the Blink Network, regardless of external branding or marketing on the physical equipment. There is no requirement for your chargers to undergo any physical changes and at this time, your chargers will not be relabeled Blink.
Host Portal Access
Beginning Monday, June 25th, the Blink host portal will become available to all former SemaConnect site hosts. To get started, go to host.BlinkNetwork.com and enter your former SemaConnect credentials. If you have trouble logging in, reset your password using your former SemaConnect account email address. For additional assistance and troubleshooting, please connect with your Account Manager.
Host Portal Training
Currently ongoing and continuing following the transition, there are multiple opportunities to join training webinars on the Blink Network and learn how to manage your chargers using the Blink host portal. You can register for the host webinars here. In addition, there will be short, pre-recorded video trainings available on YouTube in the coming weeks. Additional details will be sent following the transition.

SemaConnect Network Access Restrictions
In preparation for moving your EV charging stations to the Blink Network, SemaConnect site hosts will have read-only access to the SemaConnect Network.
Beginning Monday, June 19th at 5pm PT the SemaConnect Network will only be available in read-only mode.
With read-only access, you cannot make any changes to your account, change your chargers’ pricing plans, add or remove users, or bring new chargers onto the network.

This restriction will continue throughout the week to prepare your account for the move. Beginning Monday, June 25th you will have full access via the Blink Network.

SemaConnect is Moving to Blink Charging
Since Blink Charging acquired SemaConnect, we’ve been working to bring together our complementary strengths–including our innovative EV charging products and services, industry-leading platforms, and long-standing commitment to make EV charging accessible. We are nearing the end of this integration and will soon be transitioning your account to Blink Charging.

For site hosts with both SemaConnect and Blink equipment, the Blink chargers will continue to operate as normal.
The recently rebuilt, intuitive Blink host portal is designed to allow new features to be added regularly and will allow former SemaConnect customers to conveniently manage their chargers, customize charge rates based on user groups and zones, and track a charge session’s energy usage and fees.
At the moment, there are no further steps to take with your SemaConnect account.
