1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the digital application Blink Charging Hellas App, the websites, and the products and services (the “Services”) made available by Blink Charging Hellas, a private company incorporated in Greece, with registered offices at 8 Aigaleo Street, Piraeus, Greece, registered with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under number 150349101000 and VAT number 801154953 (“Blink”).
YOU SHOULD READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND USE BLINK’S SERVICES ONLY IF YOU AGREE WITH THESE TERMS.
Your access to and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establish a contractual relationship between you and Blink (the “Agreement”). Blink may amend the Terms from time to time and such amendments will become effective upon their publication on this website. We recommend that you review these Terms regularly, as your continued access to or use of the Services following such publication constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms as amended.
2. The Services
Our Services constitute a technological platform through which users may use Radio Frequency Identification cards (“RFID Cards”) obtained from Blink upon request and/or the digital application Blink Charging Hellas App in order to access and use electric vehicle (“EV”) charging stations located in public or private areas (where permitted) operated by Blink (“Blink Charging Stations”).
The locations of Blink Charging Stations are available on Blink’s websites and within the Blink Charging Hellas App, which are connected to navigation maps in order to assist drivers in locating Blink Charging Stations. Blink reserves the right to withdraw certain Blink Charging Stations from its network at any time.
In order to use our Services, you must register electronically and create an active account (“Blink Account”). By creating a Blink Account, you expressly declare that you accept the terms of this Agreement, the terms of Blink’s websites, and the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at www.blinkcharging.gr.
3. Use of Services
Creating a Blink Account requires you to provide Blink with certain personal information such as your name, address, age, mobile phone number, and a valid payment method (credit card or an accepted payment provider/partner). Providing this information is necessary for the provision of the Services to you, and you agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
The Blink Account is personal and you are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Blink Account username and password. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Blink Account at support@blinkcharging.gr.
Unless otherwise permitted in writing by Blink, you may only have one Blink Account.
You may use the websites and the Blink Charging Hellas App to obtain information about Blink Charging Stations, their locations, and any other content made available by Blink.
Your use of the websites and the Blink Charging Hellas App is governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available at www.blinkcharging.gr.
4. User Requirements and Conduct
You must use our Services in accordance with Blink’s instructions. In any case, you agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services and to use the Services only for lawful purposes, without causing nuisance, disturbance, or material damage to any party and without engaging in actions that could reasonably be considered harmful to Blink’s reputation.
You are responsible for ensuring that the EV you charge at Blink Charging Stations complies with all safety regulations and that you use appropriate and safe charging equipment (such as charging cables). You acknowledge that Blink bears no responsibility if you are unable to charge your EV safely due to faults in equipment used by you, such as charging cables.
You also agree to pay the applicable fees for the use of the Services through an RFID Card, through your Blink Account, through the Guest Charging Service, or through Blink customer service personnel or any application that allows payment for the use of the Services. For this purpose, you should monitor the charges appearing on your account and contact Blink if you have any questions regarding such charges.
5. Pricing and Payment
You understand that the use of the Services is subject to charges. The pricing for the use of Blink Charging Stations is based on the energy received by the EV during charging, measured in kilowatt-hours (“kWh”).
You understand that all charges for the Services may be collected by Blink or by one of its affiliated companies, including Blink Network LLC, Blink Holdings B.V., and Blink Network B.V.
Users may access the Services either through the Blink Charging Hellas App by logging into their account, by using an RFID Card, or through the Guest Charging Service at any public or private (where permitted) Blink Charging Station.
When using an RFID Card, the card will be recognized by the Blink Charging Station and a record of the transaction will be created. Charges for the use of the Services will be applied to the user’s account based on the pricing established by Blink, namely charging per kilowatt-hour (kWh).
Blink will make reasonable efforts to inform you of applicable charges through the Blink mobile application, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for all charges incurred on your Blink Account, regardless of whether you have reviewed them.
If a third party uses your RFID Card at any Blink Charging Station, you will be responsible for the resulting charges.
Payment for the Charging Service through the Blink Charging Hellas App is made by charging your registered payment method (debit/credit card). Upon completion of each charging session, the corresponding amount is automatically charged. If a balance is available in your Blink Account, it will be used first to settle the charging cost.
If sufficient balance is not available and/or the registered payment method cannot be charged, your financial profile will become negative and access to the Charging Service will be automatically suspended. Access to the Service will be restored once the outstanding balance has been fully paid.
If the registered payment method has expired, is invalid, or cannot be charged, Blink reserves the right to suspend or deactivate your account and, in the case of outstanding debt, to take any lawful action to recover the amounts due.
If you wish to perform ad hoc charging without creating an account, you may use the Guest Charging Service. An initial amount of ten (€15.00) EUR will be temporarily authorized on your debit/credit card as a guarantee solely for the purpose of authorizing the Guest Charging Service and will be released to your card within ten (10) business days.
If an RFID Card does not function, it must be returned to Blink’s customer service department and Blink will provide a replacement RFID Card free of charge (provided the malfunction is not due to misuse or improper handling).
If your RFID Card is stolen or lost, you must log into your Blink Account and follow the necessary procedures indicated there or contact Blink customer service immediately at support@blinkcharging.gr. You are responsible for any charges incurred as a result of such theft or loss if Blink is not notified.
6. Offers from Blink Partners

Under no circumstances shall Blink be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, expenses, or penalties, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of clientele, loss or damage to property, or any claims of third parties arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, regardless of whether Blink had been advised, knew, or should have known of the possibility of such damages.

Subject to this clause, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to respect intellectual property rights in accordance with these Terms and acknowledge that the Services constitute the exclusive property of Blink.

Blink may terminate this Agreement or suspend the use of the Services, or cease offering or deny access to any part of the Services at its sole discretion.
If you disagree with or wish to challenge any such termination or suspension, please contact us at support@blinkcharging.gr.
If, upon termination, you owe any amounts due to the use of the Services, you agree to pay them immediately.
12. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
These Terms and any amendments thereto shall be governed by Greek law.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Blink regarding their subject matter, replacing any prior agreement, oral or written, including electronic agreements, concluded before the creation of the Blink Account.
If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions of this Agreement.
Any failure by Blink to exercise a right arising from this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of that right and Blink may exercise it at any time at its discretion.
