The Blink Network is the web-based platform that gives you access to reports and tools to manage your stations.  This form will provide Blink with the information needed to add/update your organization on the platform.

There can only be one primary portal user (the main administrator for the organization) assigned to each organization, but an organization may have multiple locations, and a location may have multiple stations.

Save on every page

Save each step prior to proceeding to the next page.

Spell out the State

Spell out your state in all required fields (ie. Maryland not MD).

+1 Phone number

All phone numbers must be entered with the country code (ie. USA +1).

Log out

If you are unable to complete the form, be sure to log out first! You will lose information if you simply close the browser before logging out of the form.

Desktop browser

A minimum screen width of 1280 pixels to visualize the entire form on all of the pages.

Do not minimize browser

If the browser window is minimized below 1000 pixels wide, the form will be auto-disabled.

First Step

Validate the email address of the primary portal user

Once the primary portal user's email address has been validated, you will gain access to complete the remainder of the form.

Recommendations

  • Complete on a desktop or laptop (not a mobile browser).

  • It’s most convenient if the form is completed by the primary portal user assigned to the organization.

    o   If you are not the organization's primary portal user, an approval email will be sent to the assigned primary portal user to approve another party's completion of the form.

  • Complete the form in one sitting.

    o   The form will time out after 2 hours.
