Standard Application: Up to $250,000 per awardee, per round
Rolling Application: Up to six Level 2 ports per application
Multifamily Housing Portfolio: Up to $500,000 per awardee, per round
Match Requirement: Minimum 20%, reduced to 10% for qualifying entities
