What Is the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Funding?

The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act includes $7.5 billion to build out a nationwide network of 500,000 EV chargers. Of these funds, $5 billion will be distributed under the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program.
