LADWP is expanding its Charge Up LA! Program to help accelerate electric transportation adoption for its customers. The Program offers rebates to help offset the cost of installing commercial charging equipment.

The Sacramento County Incentive Project promotes easy access to zero-emission vehicle infrastructure by offering $14 million in rebates for the purchase and installation of eligible electric vehicle (EV) chargers in Sacramento County. $7.7 million in rebates is available for Level 2 EV chargers, and $6.3 million is available for DC fast chargers.

Groton Utilities’ customers may be eligible for a $600 rebate for the installation of a qualifying Level 2 electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE).
ChargeUp Sarasota
The ChargeUP! Sarasota County program provides rebates to certain types of businesses, non-profits and local governments within Sarasota County to buy and install EV charging stations.
Hawaii Energy

It Pay$ to Plug In provides grants to offset the cost of purchasing and installing electric vehicle charging stations up to $5,000 per single-port Level 2 charging station;
$6,000 per dual-port Level 2 charging station. The program is designed to expand New Jersey’s growing network of electric vehicle infrastructure, allowing residents, businesses, and government agencies to purchase and drive electric vehicles.
Charge Ready NY
Charge Ready NY offers public and private organizations that install Level 2 EV charging stations at public parking facilities, workplaces, and multifamily apartment buildings rebates of $4,000 per charging port they install, a significant savings of 30% to 80%, depending on station and installation costs.

Driving PA Forward
To help Pennsylvania meet its diesel emissions reduction goals, the Wolf Administration has developed new grant and rebate programs to improve air quality in Pennsylvania and drive transformation from older, polluting diesel engines to clean technologies.

Austin Energy provides a rebate of up to $4,000 or 50% of the cost to install approved Level 2 charging stations. The maximum rebate depends on the equipment you select and if the station is in an existing or new parking area.

Yellowstone-Tenton Clean Cities (YTCC)
YTCC offers a rebate of $5,000 toward the purchase of publicly accessible EVSE. Eligible entities include businesses and municipalities in the communities surrounding Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. San Diego CALeVIP
The San Diego County Incentive Project promotes easy access to zero-emission vehicle infrastructure for the purchase and installation of eligible electric vehicle (EV) chargers in San Diego County – with a total of $21.7 million in available funds. The incentive includes up to $6,000 per site for a minimum of two L2 EV charging stations.
Eligibility: San Diego County public commercial parking lot, public or private workplace or multi-unit dwelling, public facility, or curbside parking. Must be shared use parking spaces.
Maximum amount: 75% of project, up to $6,000
Alternative Fueling Infrastructure Tax Credit
An income tax credit is available for 50% of the cost of alternative fueling infrastructure, up to $5,000. Qualifying infrastructure includes electric vehicle supply equipment and equipment to dispense fuel that is 85% or more natural gas, propane, or hydrogen. Unused credits may be carried over into future tax years. The credit expires on December 31, 2022. The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection
The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) provides funding to municipalities, state agencies, and private businesses for the cost and installation of eligible EVSE. Funding is available for 50% of project costs (up to $2,000 per unit and $4,000 per site) to 100% of project costs (up to $10,000 per site).

New Hampshire Electric Co-op (NHEC)
NHEC now offers incentives for the installation of new electric vehicle charging stations to NHEC commercial and municipal members. Install up to two (2) Level 2 or larger charging stations and qualify for an incentive of 50% of installed cost up to $2500. The maximum incentive available per property is $5000.
NY Make Ready Program
New York State Department of Public Service established a $700 million statewide “Make-Ready” Program supported by utilities to promote responsible electric vehicle charging station deployment. It will cover up to 100% of installation costs for locations to have EV charging solutions.
Arkansas Dept. of Energy and Environment
Arkansas has been awarded over $1 million to further build its Level 2 electric vehicle charging infrastructure. You may receive up to 75% to 90% of the cost to deploy the fastest and most powerful Level 2 charging stations today. With so many new EVs in the street and not enough chargers, there is a clear opportunity to become an EV
charging destination.
